How the Liberation of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant Is Beneficial for the AFU: GUR's Response.


The liberation of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant contributes to reducing the enemy's control zone and improving logistics for the AFU. This was stated by the commander of the 'Stugna' unit Dmitry under the pseudonym 'Linux' in an interview with LIGA.net.
He also noted that it improves logistics and facilitates the execution of subsequent tasks. Now there is an opportunity to create a bridgehead for the development of the offensive and the final liberation of Vovchansk.
The commander of the 'Stugna' unit explained that the task was accomplished because the enemy failed to detect the accumulation and approach of the main forces. Ukrainian military worked for several weeks under conditions with limited resources.
Let us recall that GUR units completely liberated the territory of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant and eliminated the occupiers in all buildings of the enterprise. The operation was carried out by special GUR groups, including 'Stugna', 'Paragon', 'Yunger', BDK, and 'Terror'.
