Nova Poshta Without Queues: What Has Changed for Customers Since December.


The company 'Nova Poshta' has introduced new opportunities for customers who want to send a package on their own. Thanks to the mobile app, you can avoid queues at the branches.
The process of creating an express waybill through the app is very simple. First, you need to click on the 'Create Package' option. Then enter the sender's, recipient's, and package information, and finally create the waybill. After that, you just need to visit the branch and scan the barcode.
'Nova Poshta' offers a full self-service cycle, including packaging shipments, online waybill creation, electronic payment, and package tracking.
For customer convenience, various packaging options are available, including the shop shop.novaposhta.ua, branches, or using personal materials.
Shipments can be sent in three ways: through the self-service area at the branch, through an operator, or by courier.
After sending the package, customers can track the shipment status through the business cabinet or the mobile app.
It is also worth mentioning how one of the founders of 'Nova Poshta' assessed the competition with 'Ukrposhta.'
