Internally displaced persons will have to return part of the money to Ukraine: who will be affected.

Financial assistance received illegally by Ukrainian internally displaced persons will have to be returned. This was reported by the Legal Advisor for IDPs.
There are cases where people continue to receive assistance even after they have lost the right to it. In such cases, the funds received must be returned to the budget.
According to experts, this situation arises when a person cancels their IDP status through the 'Diia' app and returns to their permanent place of residence. Social services do not always promptly close access to assistance, and payments may continue for some Time.
If it turns out that a person continues to receive unlawful assistance, they are sent a notice of obligation to return the received funds. If they refuse to return them voluntarily, the state may resort to legal action for recovery.
Also, when the financial situation of a family improves and the income exceeds the limit for receiving assistance, individuals are required to immediately inform social services. Otherwise, the received payments will be considered unlawful.
Furthermore, internally displaced persons who move from areas that are not considered combat zones or temporarily occupied territories must return the funds received.
The Ukrainian government also plans to conduct an inventory of real estate to search for properties that can be used as housing for the displaced after renovation. This was stated by Olena Shuliak, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Local Self-Government, Regional Development, and Urban Planning.
It was previously reported that pensioners may lose part of their benefits.
