Russians are Building Fortifications in the Staritsa Area in Kharkiv Region.


Near the village of Staritsa, near Volchansk, Russian occupiers are actively building fortifications. This was reported by the operational-tactical group "Kharkiv".
The situation in the Kharkiv direction remains difficult and almost unchanged.
In the vicinity of Glyboke, the enemy is carrying out scattered movements of its troops to reinforce their units at forward positions.
Near Staritsa, the enemy side is starting to build new positions by supplementing assault groups and actively strengthening their fortifications.
In Volchansk, the enemy is making isolated movements of its personnel to ensure logistics and replenish losses. They are also using the TOC-1A rocket artillery system in the city.
Combat Actions and Enemy Losses in the Kharkiv Direction
Over the past 24 hours, there have been two armed encounters. The Russian occupiers carried out five airstrikes using five KABs. They also made 53 strikes with kamikaze drones and conducted 360 shelling attacks on positions of Ukrainian defenders.
The defense forces are responding adequately to enemy actions and continue to destroy the live force, weapons, and equipment of the Russian occupiers.
Enemy losses over the past 24 hours amount to 85 persons, including 15 irrecoverable and 70 sanitary losses.
In addition, the enemy lost 75 units of weapons and military equipment in the Kharkiv direction, including: a tank, an armored fighting vehicle, five special equipment units, 13 artillery systems, four vehicles, and 51 unmanned aerial vehicles.
Additionally, 59 shelters for personnel, a launching site for unmanned aerial vehicles, and two ammunition depots were destroyed.
Russian troops have switched to defense in the Kharkiv direction and sent additional forces for reinforcement. This was reported by the operational-tactical group "Kharkiv". It is noted that for reinforcement, the Russian occupiers are deploying "Wagnerians" and former prisoners.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian occupiers are using poisonous substances in combat on the Ukrainian front. They even use prohibited chemical weapons, including chloropicrin, to weaken the defense of Ukrainian troops and force them to retreat.
