Intelligence analyzed the consequences of Ukraine's strikes on Russian military depots.

Ukrainian troops launched an attack on Russian ammunition depots in Tikhoretsk and Toropets on September 20-21, 2024. This calls into question the effectiveness of the Russian air defense system, as it continues to come under attacks by Ukrainian drones. This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense, citing intelligence.
According to intelligence, this attack will lead to further dispersion of the Russian logistical chain, as Russia fears additional strikes. This will further strain the already reinforced Russian logistical link.
Intelligence also notes that these strikes will cause short-term disruptions in the supply of Russian artillery and small arms, which are critical resources in this war.
British intelligence sees the destruction of ammunition at three sites as the greatest loss of the Russian-North Korean arsenal in this war.
Recall that on the night of September 18, several powerful explosions occurred in the city of Toropets, Tver region. According to preliminary data, this was the result of a drone strike on an ammunition depot, resulting in large-scale fires. The blast wave was so strong that windows and doors in buildings in nearby settlements were shattered.
Satellite images of Toropets after the shelling have also been published. The images show fires and dense smoke.
Analysts believe that such attacks on ammunition and missile depots will weaken the enemy's logistics and offensive potential.
