The minister also stated that what is happening at the border is elements of hybrid warfare and the instrumentalization of migrants. Ukrainian officer Maxim Proskurov from the 'Rubizh' brigade added in an interview with Polish Radio that countries bordering Russia should train their citizens to cooperate with the army in case of war, using Ukraine's experience.
