Turkey announced negotiations between Ukraine and Russia regarding a ceasefire in the Black Sea.
According to information from CNN Turk, Ukraine and Russia will hold negotiations in Ankara regarding a ceasefire in the Black Sea.
Delegations from Ukraine and Russia will meet in Ankara in the coming days to discuss the ceasefire issue in the Black Sea.
According to sources in the Turkish Ministry of National Defense, Russian and Ukrainian officials will meet in Ankara on April 15-16 at the Naval Forces Command to discuss the security issue of the Black Sea.
Earlier, on March 24, representatives of the U.S. delegation held a series of negotiations with Russia in Saudi Arabia. Negotiations also took place with Ukraine. During these, Kyiv and Washington discussed technical issues of energy infrastructure safety and navigation in the Black Sea.
After these negotiations, Russia put forward a number of demands, including connecting Russian banks to the SWIFT system.
Earlier, Trump sent a clear signal to Putin regarding the desire to hold peace negotiations regarding Ukraine.
