A new section for veterans has appeared in 'Diia': list of services.

A new section 'Veteran PRO' has appeared in the 'Diia' application.
It contains services for veterans. This was reported by 'Gromadske' with reference to the press service of 'Diia'.
It is noted that the new section will become a digital space for the veteran community and their families. 'Main services in a single section, convenient search for support specialists, news feed, simple structure, and absence of bureaucracy. Previously, services for veterans were scattered. They had to be searched manually - part on ministry portals, others in administrative service centers or 'Diia'. Now everything is in the 'Diia' application,' the message states.
'Veteran PRO' offers a search for support specialists and demobilized individuals, as well as veteran sports - applications for compensation. At the same Time, the section offers services with free access to the 'Diia' portal: application for subsidy and status as a war-disabled person. 'YeOselya' and 'YeVidnovlennya' operate under preferential terms for veterans.
The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the use of the 'Diia' portal.
The Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the procedure for using the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services for the automation and digitization of services. It provides for the creation of a separate section 'Veteran Pro' in 'Diia', where submissions of applications and requests for receiving public services, obtaining necessary information about services, issuing relevant certificates, extracts, and conducting surveys were to appear.
The Ukrainian state continues to expand the official 'Diia' portal, adding new sections and functionalities for user convenience. The emergence of the 'Veteran PRO' section is aimed at improving veterans' access to necessary informational and supportive services, making the process of receiving assistance more convenient and effective. This is an important step in facilitating communication with government agencies and providing support for war participants and their families.
The Government of Ukraine continues to improve veterans' access to necessary services by introducing new functional capabilities in the 'Diia' portal. The creation of the 'Veteran PRO' section aims to simplify the process of seeking assistance and support for combat participants and their families, making interaction with state structures more effective and convenient.
