In Sumy, Occupiers Hit a Geriatric Boarding House with a Bomb: There Are Injured.


Russian invaders shelled the city of Sumy with guided aerial bombs. One of the enemy's targets was a geriatric boarding house where 221 elderly people lived. Evacuation is currently underway.
According to the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Artyukh, there are injured people, some of whom are in a serious condition, and they have been taken to the hospital. Fortunately, there are no casualties among the residents of the boarding house.
It should be recalled that on the night of September 19, Russian occupiers shelled the city of Kharkiv, resulting in the destruction of two houses and a fire that spread to household structures and vegetation.
It is known that the Russian invaders used ballistic weapons for this attack. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office has already started an investigation into the violation of laws and customs of war.
In addition, Russian military carried out several attacks on the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih areas.
Earlier, the European Parliament called on EU member states to lift restrictions that prevent Ukraine from using Western weapons against legitimate military targets in Russia.
