Ukrainians were told who will be able to count on a pension of 10 thousand hryvnias.

Receiving a high pension in Ukraine
Receiving a high pension of 10 thousand hryvnias in Ukraine requires significant effort throughout a citizen's working life. According to 24 Kanal, to achieve this level of payments, one needs not only a significant insurance record but also a salary that significantly exceeds the average indicators in the country.
Necessary conditions for receiving a high pension
Pension experts explain that to achieve a pension of 10,000 hryvnias with a salary that is twice the average, one must accumulate at least 25 years of insurance record.
Each year of official employment adds 1% to the insurance record coefficient, which directly affects the final amount of pension payments.
The situation becomes significantly more complicated for those who received an average salary. In this case, to achieve a pension of 10 thousand hryvnias, one must already have 50 years of insurance record, which is practically impossible to realize in real life.
Factors determining the size of the pension
It is worth noting that the amount of pension in Ukraine is determined individually, taking into account three key factors. The first is the official salary level - the higher it is, the larger the coefficient is applied for calculating the pension. The second factor is the insurance record, which considers the number of years of official work and the payment of the unified social contribution. The third factor is the average salary in the country, for which the average value for the three years before the person retires is used for calculation.
The formula for calculating the pension is as follows: pension = APS × WK × SI, where the pension equals the product of the average salary in the country, the individual salary coefficient, and the insurance record coefficient. At the same Time, the individual salary coefficient reflects the ratio of your salary to the average, while the insurance record coefficient is 1% for each year of official employment.
