The Ministry of Defense announced that soldiers can once again purchase tickets from the special reserve of Ukrzaliznytsia as part of the national program 'Plus' Army+. Last week, this opportunity disappeared due to a cyber attack that lasted several days.
'We are pleased that Ukrzaliznytsia - our partners within the 'Plus' program - have managed to overcome the technical difficulties caused by the hostile cyber attack. This means that tickets for soldiers are returning to Army+,' said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization. It is worth noting that Ukrzaliznytsia first joined the 'Plus' program in December. During this Time, military personnel purchased 15,600 tickets from the special reserve.
The goal of the 'Plus' program
The goal of the national support program for military personnel 'Plus' is to unite large businesses and provide special offers to defenders on goods and services. Over 3 months, the offers of the Army+ program have been used 620,000 times, saving over 49 million hryvnias. In addition to Ukrzaliznytsia, the 'Nova Poshta' logistics company has joined the program, delivering to frontline regions for 1 hryvnia, the fuel network 'Ukrnafta', WOG, and OKKO with discounts on fuel and their cafes and markets, as well as the online store ROZETKA with discounts of up to 30%.Read also
